TCU pummels Iowa St. Did They Lock Up Their Spot In The Playoff?

TCU needed to not only win this game, but look very, very good in doing it. They did.

TCU’s argument is that they were not one of the best 4 teams in the country when they lost to Baylor on October 10th, but since then they believe that they are one of the best teams in the country, and it’s hard to argue with that point. They’ve had one close call since Baylor and that was against a Kansas team that they really should’ve blown out. Other than that TCU has been unstoppable. They’ve had 3 signature wins since the Baylor game, two of them (Texas and West Virginia) were good, not great wins, but they were on the road in hostile environments against good teams and they took care of business. Then they had the game against #9 Kansas st where they laid a BEATDOWN on the Wildcats. That was the Horned Frogs signature win of the season and that will be their main game they will point to when it is all said and done and their resume is being looked at. TCU took care of business today, and if it were up to me, we’d have 2 teams now with secured spots in the playoffs.

It’s all waiting now for the Horned Frogs.
